At the end of the (sub)project, a final meeting will take place in which we will give you an overview of the services provided by Sefilex and jointly evaluate the added value achieved for your company. If necessary, we will make final adjustments to Sefilex solutions. Otherwise, we will jointly explore the possibility of follow-up projects.

Our approach
Sefilex, in collaboration with the company's management, first laid the foundations for a successful AI implementation. To this end, employees were also surveyed about their expectations and concerns regarding the use of new technologies.
The company integrated artificial intelligence into its business and risk strategy, employees received various training courses on AI, and the company's management regularly received Sefilex briefings on current technological developments.
The core of the project consisted of departmental discussions, during which Sefilex analyzed the company's processes with employees from a total of ten departments. The results of these discussions served as the basis for an evaluation of potential applications of AI within the company.
